Nicole Cordoves to host 2017 Miss Grand International

The beauty pageant is set to co-host with a yet-to-be-announced male host

24 May - It is reported that Nicole Cordoves is set to host the upcoming 2017 Miss Grand International pageant.

As reported on Push, the beauty queen, who represented the Philippines at last year's pageant and went on to become the first runner-up, will be co-hosting with a male counterpart, whose identity is yet to be revealed.

Cordoves will be flying off to Vietnam for the competition in October, which will be held at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort and Villas Convention Hall, on the island of Phu Quoc.

Last year, Cordoves made it to the final round, but lost the crown to Indonesia's Ariska Putri Pertiwi.

She made headlines with her answer during the Q&A portion, by choosing Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton to help her stop war and violence.

The upcoming 2017 Miss Grand International will be held on 25 October.
