Starship Entertainment forms a strategic partnership with China's Yuehua Entertainment

Starship Entertainment signed a partnership contract with China's Yuehua Entertainment (乐华娱乐) of China.

On April 6th, Starship Entertainment signed a partnership contract with China's Yuehua Entertainment (乐华娱乐). The two companies are going to mutually manage their artists in Korea and China, and commence many different collaboration projects.

Starship Entertainment was first established in 2008, and quickly became one of the most leading talent agencies of Korea, successfully debuting top K-Pop artists like K.Will, SISTAR, BOYFRIEND, Junggi-GO, MAD CLOWN, Joo Young, Yoo Seung Woo, and MONSTA X.

A representative of Starship Entertainment said, "We will accelerate the spread of our business in China by fully utilizing the production and marketing system of Yuehua Entertainment. We believe that the synergy between the two agencies will make a colossal contribution in further spreading Korean and Chinese stars' influence further across Asia and the rest of the world."

Yuehua Entertainment (乐华娱乐) was first established in June 2009, and artists like Han Geng (韩庚), Zhou Bichang (周笔畅), A-Do (阿杜), A Lan (阿兰), Angela (安又琪), and Zhang Yao (张瑶) are under contracts with the company. Last year, they successfully debuted a new boy band named UNIQ.

More recently, Yuehua Entertainment made an investment in a new 3D film project with China Film Group Corporation and America's Paramount Pictures, and they signed a management contract with director Jang Tae Woo, who had directed drama 'My Love From The Star.' The CEO of Yuehua Entertainment said, "It is a great pleasure to form a strategic partnership with Starship Entertainment. We are going to keep expanding our business by effectively blending the two companies' management system, and we hope to build a new connection in Korea and China's cultural trade."

Meanwhile, Starship Entertainment is going to release further informations about their business plan in China during the later part of the year.
