Ito Yuko is married and pregnant

16 Nov – Japanese actress Ito Yuko has announced that she is married and is going to be a mother on her blog, according to Tokyo Graph.

Although the 37-year-old actress did not reveal much detail about her new husband in her announcement, there are reports that she had married a 40-year-old company man whom Ito had been dating for 2 years and the couple married in October.

The actress did reveal however that she is currently carrying their first child and is swooning with double the happiness.

"I have been feeling two kinds of happiness, the happiness that I became a wife, and the happiness that I will be able to become a mother. While getting support from him, I would like to cherish this tiny and precious life carefully," said the 6-month pregnant mother-to-be.

Ito hopes that she would resume her acting career after delivering the baby, which is expected to happen sometime mid-next year.

China anchors 'monster ship' in South China Sea, Philippine coast guard says
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Saturday that China's largest coastguard vessel has anchored in Manila's exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the South China Sea, and is meant to intimidate its smaller Asian neighbour.
