Heimdall and Loki confirmed for 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'

Idris Elba reveals that both he and Tom Hiddleston are returning for a scene in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" in support of main character Thor (Chris Hemsworth).

Speaking to The Telegraph, Elba revealed that his "Thor" character, Heimdall, would appear in "Avengers: Age of Ultron," alongside Tom Hiddleston's Loki.

That was in addition to confirming interest in Guy Ritchie's "King Arthur" ("he admits that he is in fact reading the script") as well as Parisian CIA thriller "Bastille Day."

And Loki would be in not only "Age of Ultron" but also two more films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, according to a snippet captured -- and then pulled -- by Digital Spy (via ComicBookMovie).

That nugget has Loki looking for a powerful sceptre in "Avengers: Age of Ultron," with further planned appearances in "Thor: Ragnarok" (July 2017) and then "Avengers: Infinity War," whose first of two parts is due May 2018.
