George Hu denies dating Annie Chen
13 Feb – Taiwanese actor, George Hu has recently dismissed another relationship rumour with his "Love Around" co-star, Annie Chen.
Previously, another speculation of their romance sparked when the two were spotted enjoying their time together at the Disneyland theme park in the United States, and even wore the same type of couple's caps.
However, according to Now News, the actor, who made an appearance at an event on 11 February, stressed that the two of them are only good friends.
"We have already said that we are only good friends, and we're really close to each other," said George.
He also clarified that the trip to the US was made with a group of friends, saying, "I was in New York at the time, so I decided to fly over to Florida to meet my friends."
When asked if he especially made the flight to see Annie, George reiterated, "We are only close friends."
The actor also stated that he will not be revealing his relationship to the public in the likes of his other celebrity friends, including singer-songwriter, Wang Leehom, saying that he will want to protect his girlfriend from being the centre of attention and negative reports.
Meanwhile, the actor revealed that he will be filming a new movie in March.
