Enrique Gil's mother approves of Liza Soberano
11 Jul - After James Reid and Nadine Lustre admitted their real-life romance, and Daniel Padilla-Kathryn Bernardo team call their relationship 'exclusive', it's just a matter of time for the LizQuen tandem - Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil - to announce their relationship.
As reported on ABS-CBN News, while the onscreen partners have yet to make anything official, except telling the media that they are 'getting there', Gil's mother, Bambi Gil, has already given her blessings to her son to date the lovely Soberano.
"She is a good girl and very mature for her age. She is also very responsible," said the actor's mother about the starlet.
When asked about the true nature of their relationship, Mrs. Gil responded, "I like the influence she has on my son, so I am happy about that. That's all that I can say."
Gil himself has also been very vocal about his feelings for his "Forevermore" and "Dolce Amore" co-star, even if Soberano's grandfather has asked her not to date until she turns 23.
However, Soberano's father, John, has already expressed his approval of Gil, though reminded her daughter to always set her priorities straight.
