Neon Lights Festival 2019: Day 2 highlights

SINGAPORE – Technical issues seem to arise at the festival; first there were difficulties with the new scanning system at the entrance, that saw crowd-goers stranded for about two hours on Day 1 (23 November). Today, Day 2, was no less. While Badbadnotgood played without hiccups, it was during Norwegian singer Aurora’s set that power tripped, cutting her song “Running With The Wolves” midway. Aurora then, resumed without a hitch.

However, Nick Murphy was not so lucky. The Australian singer-songwriter (and the crowd) waited for an additional ten minutes to ensure soundcheck was in place, and he finally took to the stage to sing his solo rendition of “Talk Is Cheap”, “Dangerous” and “Gold.” Murphy then walked off stage, and never resumed his set. Fans booed, and many left the festival soon after.

Peek photos of the crowd and the acts that performed on Day 2.
