Natalie Tong unsure about winning TVB Best Actress
28 Nov - Although she has four dramas shortlisted in the first round of the TVB Anniversary Awards, Natalie Tong doesn't think she will win Best Actress at this year's awards.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who spoke to the media at a Christmas event recently, stated that votes may get divided due to the fact that she has four dramas.
These dramas include "I've Got the Power", "Big White Duel 2", and "The Righteous Fists".
"But I do feel most satisfied with my performances in "Big White Duel" and "I've Got the Power"," she added.
Asked if she also felt that way because she has recently departed from TVB and is no longer TVB's "favourite daughter", Natalie responded, "I understand if people think that and I will be happy if I win. But my opponents are very strong. There's Nina Paw and even Elena Kong."
"We haven't got to the top five nominees yet. Let's talk about it if I get shortlisted," she added.
