Nancy Wu says communication is key in a relationship
23 Aug – Although she has been making a lot of progress in her career, the same cannot be said about Nancy Wu's love life.
The actress, whose last known romance was with music producer Terry Chan, has been single for the past three years but doesn't seem too worried about it.
In an interview with Mingpao, Nancy revealed that she cherishes communication more than anything.
"It is more important than appearance. The bigger the person, the more clearly he knows what he wants. To maintain a relationship, communication is key. It's more important than how handsome you are," she said.
Asked if she would take a break from her hectic schedule to meet somebody of the opposite sex, Nancy said that her rest time is used to balance her own life.
"You can't decide on meeting the right man. It's all about chance. What I am looking for now is a companion who can be with me every step of the way, who can support each other, and communicate with one another," she said.
When mentioned that fans would like for her to rekindle her romance with ex-boyfriend Kenneth Ma, who has been single since breaking up with Jacqueline Wong, she laughed and said, "Everybody is looking for things to talk about. Kenneth and I have always been good friends."
