Nancy Wu excited to work with Elaine Yiu again
9 Dec – TVB actress Nancy Wu recently expressed delight that she will be working again with one of her best friends, Elaine Yiu in their new drama, "Justice Pao: The First Year".
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who worked alongside Elaine in the Jazz Boon action drama, "The Unholy Alliance" previously, will be playing the role of Yun Qianyu, the first female lawyer in Kaifeng who is well-versed in both literary and martial arts.
On the other hand, Elaine will play a character with two identities - first as a servant, and later a coroner who helps Pao with his cases.
"We will be shooting for five months, so I am happy that Elaine is with me. We can take care of each other," she said.
The upcoming drama will be filming in Hengdian in March, and in Xinjiang in May.
When asked if she is worried about her safety, Nancy said that she is more worried about freezing herself in the cold.
"The costume is very thin," she added.
