Nancy Wu denies leaving TVB

3 Sep – TVB actress Nancy Wu has denied rumours that she will not be renewing contract with the said broadcaster.

As reported on On CC, the actress who appeared at the celebratory event of her debut movie, "Men on the Dragon" recently, shared that she is unclear as to how the media came to such conclusion.

"I still have a lot of time with TVB before my contract expires," she said.

It is noted that the rumours came to be when it was reported that Nancy will not be a part of producer Jazz Boon's new drama, which will star actors from the latter's previous two hit dramas, "A Fist Within Four Walls" and "The Unholy Alliance".

Said Nancy, she didn't turn down any offer from Jazz, but that she will be doing a travel show instead. The actress also added that she has been on a break since working back-to-back on two dramas and doing a stage play earlier this year.

(Reuters) -The Fiji government on Thursday said police were investigating incidents involving two crew members of Australian airline Virgin Australia who were allegedly victims of rape and theft in Nadi in the early hours of New Year's Day. The crew members were in the popular tourist destination on a layover before they were supposed to fly off the following day, Fiji Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew said in a statement. Virgin, which said it was aware of the alleged incidents, has sent people to Fiji to provide support, but did not provide further details in a statement to Reuters.
