Nadine Samonte welcomes first baby
29 Aug - Nadine Samonte and husband Richard Chua have recently welcomed their first child, Heather Sloane Chua.
As reported on PEP News, the actress, who gave birth to her baby daughter on 27 August, shared a family photo on Instagram, saying, "Say hi to baby Heather Sloane. Now we are complete! They are my life. Thank you so much Lord!"
Samonte previously revealed that she suffered from antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APAS), an autoimmune disorder where antibodies mistakenly attack issues or cells - making the pregnancy a difficult one for her.
The actress disclosed that she suffered from severe pain in her thighs and bruises all over her body, and thanked Chua, her husband of three years, for being patient with her.
However, Samonte stressed that she will not give up her fight since they have waited for so long for the baby.
