Nadine Lustre learns to express herself on "Your Moment"
6 Nov – Nadine Lustre recently admitted that being a judge in the new reality show, "Your Moment" has helped her become braver when it comes to speaking publicly.
As reported on Inquirer, the actress, who spoke to the media about the show alongside fellow judge Boy Abunda recently, stated that she has always been nervous about speaking in public prior to the show.
"I can't do it really. Whenever there are press cons or events in which I have to speak, I get nervous. But this show has helped me learn new things and be more confident in the way I talk and express myself," she said.
She also stated that Abunda and another fellow judge, Billy Crawford also assisted her a lot, what with their own experience in hosting and judging reality shows.
"Personally, I'm protective of Nadine. I urge her to say what she wants to say and express what she feels without worries," said Abunda.
Lustre stated that her biggest challenge now is to find a way to be more direct and to the point when it comes to her commentary.
"I still think about how I can piece my thoughts together," she added.
"Your Moment" is set to premiere on 9 November.
