Nadine Lustre is doing well despite challenges
31 Jan – Nadine Lustre recently assured that she is fine despite the current conflict with her estranged management company, Viva Artists Agency.
As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actress, who made her first public appearance since announcing her contract termination and breakup from boyfriend James Reid, shared that she is not affected by the situation despite what others think.
Said Lustre, "It was hard at first. But at the end of the day, I think to myself okay what is going to come out of this? After all this, when I'm done with this challenge, when I'm done with this heartache or whatever it is, I'm going to be a stronger and better person. I would learn so much from that."
"There's no other way. All the challenges that will come into your life, all the hardships, there is no short-cut. You have to go through it. And after you go through it, there's so much growth. You learn a lot of stuff about yourself and it makes you a stronger person," she added.
Lustre also revealed that she is currently focusing on a lot of projects, including her music.
"Finally, it's going to happen this year. A lot of surprises for you guys, I'm not allowed to say a lot. But watch out for it," she said.
As for her current relationship with Reid, the actress, who was spotted partying with her ex at a bar in Makati recently, said that the two of them are fine and that social media just blew it out of proportion.
As to whether she will work with Reid in more acting projects in the future, Lustre said that she has no issue with it.
"But right now, the goal is to work on other stuff separately," she added.
