Iman covers 30th anniversary issue of InStyle
Launched in June of 1994, InStyle is celebrating its 30th anniversary with three digital covers featuring Iman. The issue includes discussions between the cover star and Precious Lee, Keke Palmer and Aurora James on the histories and futures of the fashion and beauty industries. The digital magazine also contains features about trans visibility and the "entertainmentification" of fashion. {InStyle}
Françoise Hardy dies at 80
The French singer, actor and model died from lymphatic and laryngeal cancer on Tuesday after a 20-year battle with the disease. Hardy was known for her sensual sound and wide audience, as she recorded songs in French, English, Italian and German, as well as her influence on fashion and beauty trends. While she favored music, Hardy modeled for Yves Saint Laurent and acted in 32 films between 1963 and 1976. {Variety}

Popsugar relaunches as PS
The PS rebrand coincides with the online publication's new focus on "health, fitness, beauty and balance" and making wellness accessible through evidence-based journalism and first-person perspectives. The publication produces free workout videos and its own lines of fitness, bath and sleep products available at Walmart. CFDA Genesis House AAPI Design and Innovation Grant returns
The CFDA and Genesis House are offering AAPI designers the opportunity to apply for funding towards a bespoke collection fusing their heritage and innovative ideas. Three chosen participants will be given a grant of $40,000 and mentorship from a board of advisors including Eva Chen, Alina Cho, Steven Kolb, Laura Kim and more. Their final collections will be unveiled in February 2025 and one winner will receive an additional $60,000. Applications are open starting June 12 here. {Fashionista inbox}
