These are the stories making headlines in fashion on Monday.

Anne Hathaway stars in Versace's latest "Icons" campaign
Mert and Marcus photographed Anne Hathaway and singer Chris Lee for Versace's latest campaign for its "Icons" collection. The collection centers the boned corset as the foundation of Versace's hourglass, hyper-feminine silhouette. Other pieces include a pant suit, a jersey dress with a Medusa medallion, a leather blazer and a mini "Greca Goddess" bag. "To me, the Versace Icons collection is timeless elegance with an edge. I'm so proud of these images which seem to represent Donatella's vision of empowerment," Hathaway said in a statement. "What has left the biggest impression on me from this amazing experience is Donatella's heart, generosity, and kindness." {Fashionista inbox}

Mejuri X Luar is here
Mejuri and Luar teamed up on a collection including hoops ($275), a hoop charm ($98) and a version of Luar's signature Ana handbag ($275). The pieces debuted in Luar's Spring 2023 show during New York fashion week, and they're available to shop Monday. This marks the CFDA award-winning brand's first run with jewelry. "My love for Mejuri comes from how similar to Luar, the brand is focused on delivering classic icons that each individual can make their own," Luar Creative Director Raul Lopez said in a statement. "Whether on a Gen-Z girl, a girl from Queens or my grandma, the product comes to life in its own expression and that's the power of our brands, enabling people to interpret our creations and make them their own. It's about accessibility!" Five dollars from every product sold will be donated to Stonewall Community Foundation. {Fashionista inbox}

Chloé gets its first major museum show
"Mood of the Moment: Gaby Aghion and the House of Chloé" is coming to New York City's Jewish Museum this fall. This will be the first time Chloé or its founder will be featured in their own major museum exhibition. "As soon as I heard the Gaby Aghion story, I wanted us to celebrate it. Both her brand, which is synonymous with effortless luxury, but also the relatively unknown Jewish woman who founded it and who has largely gone under the radar," museum director Claudia Gould told the New York Times. Opening Oct. 13, the show will explore the brand's 70-year history through sketches, documents and nearly 150 garments from the archive. {The New York Times}

What does a creative director do anyways?
Whether its Demna's issues at Balenciaga, Pharrell Williams taking the lead at Louis Vuitton or Maria Grazia Chiuri talking feminism at Dior, there's a tendency among fashion creative directors to make headlines — all the while commanding exceptionally high salaries. Ana Andjelic unpacks the "the complex evolution of a job that was once firmly about design" in Ssense, delving into both the essence and power of a creative director today. Andjelic also explores which types will succeed and influence today's fashion landscape. "Today's creative directors are in charge of coming up with ideas that will sell things," Done to Death Projects founder Chris Black tells the writer. "There is a business-minded portion of the role that wasn't there before." {Ssense}
