These are the stories making headlines in fashion on Tuesday.

Andrew Rosen is now executive chairman of Rag & Bone
Veteran fashion executive Andrew Rosen is officially the executive chairman of New York-based brand Rag & Bone. He was involved in the brand, in which he previously held an ownership stake, for many years. Back in February, Guess and brand management firm WHP Global acquired Rag & Bone. (Co-founders Marcus Wainwright and David Neville stepped down from their leadership roles in 2023 and 2018, respectively.) Rosen will work alongside Guess and WHP executives to drive growth and provide direction to Rag & Bone's executive team. {WWD/paywalled}

Fendi names new CEO

Lancôme and Aerin Beauty perfume linked to child labor
A new BBC investigation revealed that children younger than 15 picked jasmine used in luxury perfumes sold by Lancôme and Aerin Beauty. In response to the report, Lancôme's owner L'Oréal said it was committed to respecting human rights and Aerin Beauty's owner Estée Lauder said it had contacted its suppliers. The BBC found that many luxury brands are squeezing budgets — reportedly resulting in low pay and Egyptian jasmine pickers feeling forced to involve their children — and that auditing systems are flawed. {BBC}
