In the event that you’re craving something else, Lawry’s will also offer 2 other main dishes: Atlantic Lobster Tail with Grilled Seabass and Slow-braised Lamb Shank. Rounding off the feast is your choice of Mint Chocolate Fudge Cake or Heartfelt Berry Bliss Cake.

2. Kuan Zhai Alley

For a twist on the usual Mother’s Day champagne brunch or buffet, try Kuan Zhai Alley’s Sichuan cuisine for an eclectic yet exciting dining experience. Tucked away in Capital Square in Telok Ayer, Kuan Zhai Alley is a modern and contemporary Sichuan restaurant that’s nothing like you’ve had before. 

Expected to be greeted by an impressive waterfall display on the restaurant’s large LED screens, followed by opulent dining settings complete with Asian handicrafts, courtyard houses and famous Sichuan elements like koi, bamboo sea and even pandas!

Similar to its eye-opening interior, Kuan Zhai Alley’s Sichuan dishes will blow you away with its inventive and adventurous flavours. 

A must-try is its Braised Fish With Sour Cowpea (S$168), which features a whole soon hock fish served in a hot stone pot with sliced onions, sliced red and green chillies and spring onions. For an intimate and sleek dining experience with your mum or wife, head to Amò, a smart-casual Italian restaurant nestled along Hong Kong Street. 

Specially for Mother’s Day on 14 May 2023, Amò will be curating a special 4-course Italian sharing menu that’s sure to satiate the entire family.

From 12 to 14 May 2023, check out 21 on Rajah’s sumptuous buffet feast for a celebration that your mum will definitely not forget. 

This halal-certified restaurant is located within Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park, and sports an impressive all-you-can-eat feast for just S$68++ per adult/S$34++ per child and S$78++ S$39++ per child for lunch and dinner respectively.

With an impressive buffet line-up ranging from seafood on ice to Mediterranean appetisers and locally-inspired mains and meats, 21 on Rajah’s Mother’s Day buffet menu is as extensive as it gets.

Walk along Scotts Road at Orchard and you’ll find Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore, a stylish independent hotel that sports 511 colourful plush rooms and suites.

Goodwood Park Hotel is out to steal hearts this Mother’s Day with its luxe durian delights and other delicious offerings, which span two weeks (6 & 7 and 13 & 14 May 2023).
