Miriam Yeung spends free time taking care of son

5 May – Making her appearance in front of the media to perform for the Tung Wah Charity Concert recently, Miriam Yeung revealed that she has been spending her free time at home taking care of her son Torres.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer who spoke to the media before the show, shared that she has gained 10 pounds from staying at home with too much eating and lack of outside activity.

"I attended some online lessons with my sons at times. But not very often. Yes, it's a bit stressful too, but I have a deeper understanding of my son and learned to cook and balance my life," she said.

Miriam stated that she has also learned how to make bento after Torres told her that all the other mums prepared lunch boxes for his friends.

"I can no longer use the word 'busy' as an excuse. I have to learn basic skills like this. I have also been sharing my daily life with family and friends. Everybody is encouraging and supportive of each other," she said.

When mentioned that there was a lot of friction between husbands and wives due to the fact that they are staying home together, Miriam said that it is normal.

"But I am an Aquarius, so I know how to handle conflict. If we can work it out, it's going to be fine. It's just how couples get along," she added.
