Miley Cyrus’s Converse collab is the most glittery sneaker collection ever

Everything Miley Cyrus touches turns to glitter. From her personal style to her Instagram — it’s all brushed with a hue of rainbow and glitter. Cyrus’s latest business endeavor is a collaboration with Converse shoes, and the few sneaker styles she’s revealed prove that it’s a collection fit for a unicorn. One shoe features Millennial pink canvas with a creeper-style platform covered in silver glitter. The collection also has a white high top with sparkly laces and pink glitter rubber soles, and a plain white low top brushed with silver glitter.

Cyrus was photographed on the beach yesterday modeling the shoes for the ad campaign. In the images, she has blue dip-dyed hair tied up in an intricate messy bun that is giving us early aughts Lizzie McGuire vibes. She then changed into a breezy summer dress and a giant straw hat. The whole photoshoot is very ’90s/’00s inspired, which makes sense because the shoes themselves have a very turn-of-the-century vibe. Remember when glitter was the best beauty look around?

Cyrus announced the collaboration back in June while Converse was promoting their new Pride collection (June was national Pride month).

“Yassss! I’m teaming up w @converse ! I ❤️ the #Pride collection supporting the LGBTQ community! Thank u for joining the @happyhippiefdn family and helping us continue our fight for equality & justice!” Cyrus wrote on Instagram in June.
