Michael Miu denies co-star ousted from "Line Walker" movie

16 Jun - Michael Miu has denied rumours saying that Raymond Lam has been left out from the movie version of the hit 2014 TVB series, "Line Walker".

Previously, Hong Kong tabloids reported that the actor, who left TVB back in August last year to sign with Emperor Entertainment Group (EEG), reportedly has been kicked out from the movie adaptation, while Michael himself will be given more screen time.

Addressing the rumours recently, Michael stated, "It's not true. There is no such thing."

The actor disclosed that TVB is still in talks with another production company about the movie, and that the actors themselves are not sure about the date of filming.

"Due to the sensitive topics in the film, the script needs to be approved first before filming can start," he said.

Michael also expressed hopes that the movie version will retain the original cast members.

Aside from Michael and Raymond, the original series starred Charmaine Sheh, Benz Hui, Sharon Chan, Sammy Shum, and Elena Kong.
