Michael Chan saddened over news of Richard Ng's death
12 Apr - Veteran actor Michael Chan (Chan Wai Man) recently admitted that he is quite saddened over the news of Richard Ng's passing.
As reported on Oriental Daily, the actor, who had worked with Richard in movies like "Mr. Sunshine" and "Pom Pom Strikes Back", stated that he doesn't remember much of the time they worked together in the past nor did he know much about Richard's ailment.
"But when I heard the news, I felt very upset," he said.
Michael previously admitted that he had been diagnosed with lung cancer back in 2020, but overcame the disease as it was discovered early and he underwent treatment.
When asked about his current health, the actor said that it has not been ideal, though denied that there was a cancer recurrence.
He also added that he has returned to China to work.
