Melania Trump Shoe Style: Heels and Flats She Loves to Wear [PHOTO]

A model turned first lady, Melania Trump has a refined and classic style. Wife of president Donald J Trump, Melania works with stylist Herve Pierre Braillard. The pair often reach for high fashion names both in Europe and America, often preferring either sheath or A-line dresses as well as smart, structured tailoring. For footwear, the team is just as exacting.

Trump often returns to many of the same names for shoes: Manolo Blahnik and Christian Louboutin. Those designers compose the lionshare of her stiletto pump shoes which she is constantly seen in. From Louboutin she is often the So Kate in patent leather or python, teetering on that shoe’s thin, tall heel. From Manolo, she often chooses the BB wearing it in a variety of prints and textiles like suede and wool.

For flats, Melania Trump has an eye for ballet flats. They are often pointed and typically are Roger Vivier’s Belle Vivier or Christian Louboutin’s Ballalla. On occasion though she chooses the classic Chanel two-tone, cap-toe ballet flat.

On occasion, Trump will chose shoes from other designers like Dior, but most often she reaches for these classics. When it comes to boots her tastes are more expansive. She’s been seen in over-the-knee thigh-high leather boots from Christian Louboutin (the brand’s Eleanor Alta) as well as styles from Prada and Gianvito Rossi. Her most worn brand when it comes to boots, though, is likely Maison Alaia.
