On Tuesday, Melania Trump stepped out in a trendy checked trench coat by luxury French fashion house, Chloé.

The 49-year-old First Lady debuted the designer item while welcoming Guatemalan President, Jimmy Morales, and his wife Patricia Marroquin de Morales to the White House, accompanied by Donald Trump.

The retro-inspired coat, made in Italy, currently retails for £2,550 on Net-A-Porter.
