McLaren Celebrates 60th Anniversary With Collabs

In celebration of 60 years, McLaren has teamed up with Jack Daniel’s and Bowers & Wilkins for a series of collaborations.

McLaren Formula 1 racing team partner Jack Daniel’s has tapped influential producer and DJ Metro Boomin to give two performances at the upcoming Formula One Austin Grand Prix on Oct. 22 and the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix on Nov. 19.

To mark the occasion, the artist created a limited-edition T-shirt that reimagines the whiskey company’s logo. This is the first time the label has been redesigned by a musician. A limited number of the the one-of-kind shirts will be featured and given away at the events, as a fan memento.

“Redesigning the legendary Jack Daniel’s label T-shirt has been a thrilling creative journey,” said Metro Boomin. “Infusing my personal touch into this iconic brand has been inspiring, and I’m excited to unveil the result.”

Moreover, the McLaren partnership with Jack Daniel’s recently produced a special-edition McLaren Racing Edition Tennessee Whiskey bottle — available at a select Formula 1 racing weekend as a fan collectible.

In other McLaren news, the automaker has continued its partnership with Bowers & Wilkins to create new Zeppelin McLaren and Zeppelin McLaren 60th anniversary-edition wireless speakers. The anniversary model is inspired by the iconic McLaren livery in the two hues of galvanic gray and papaya orange.

The Zeppelin McLaren edition is available on the Bowers & Wilkins website and select retailers for $899 with the limited-edition 60th anniversary model at select McLaren dealerships.
