Matteo Guidicelli admits to loving the military

22 May – Matteo Guidicelli recently admitted that he could have gone and join the military if he could turn back time.

As reported on Pika Daily, the singer who spoke about his documentary "Ranger G", which is set to stream on iWant, shared that he really enjoyed the military training he experienced with the Armed Forces of Philippines last year as a Scout Ranger.

"The military training definitely changed me as a person," he said, adding that he gained a lot of lessons that he will treasure for the rest of his life.

When asked if he would choose a military career over his showbiz life, he said, "If I could [return to] ten years ago, I hope I could have gone the military route."

Guidicelli added that he is thankful to be able to experience both worlds.

"I'm very very thankful for the army, what it has done for me and what it has taught me, I will always give everything for the army and for my country. If they need me, my influence, my service, or whatever, I'm there for them all the time in the service of the Filipino people and of course the army," he said.

"Ranger G" will begin streaming on ABS-CBN's online platform iWant on 23 May.
