Martine McCutcheon delivers a lesson in how to wear oversized sunnies
Martine McCutcheon provided a lesson in how to wear oversizes sunglasses as she took to social media to share a sweet tribute to a close friend.
In a post on her Instagram account, Martine shared a selfie with her friend Jan in a garden, and the pair smiled at the camera wearing oversized sunnies.
Martine opted for square shades with a tortoiseshell frame, while Jan chose a slightly more rounded shape with a narrow gold rim and pink tinged lenses.
Martine shared the post to mark Jan's birthday and wrote a heart-warming dedication to her in the caption.
"Happy Birthday Darling Jan!" wrote Martine, then she referred to the classic characters from Absolutely Fabulous as she described her friend as "the ultimate Patsy to any Edina," adding, "And you are like a fine wine! You just get better!"
The photograph was taken during a party with "so many friends" joining together to celebrate Jan. "You are resilient, Funny, strong, wild, naughty, full of love and laughter and a most of all, you are a really good friend to so many people," Martine went onto say.
Another image shared in the post shows the duo smiling together with a black and white effect over the image, also taken in a garden.
For the occasion, Martine wore a floral blouse with a retro-inspired red and orange print which complimented her fabulous sunnies perfectly.
