Martin Nievera sings praises for Daniel Padilla
19 Nov– Martin Nievera has nothing but good words to say about young performer Daniel Padilla, having collaborated with the latter at the "ASAP Natin 'To" concert in Italy, Rome.
On 17 November, the veteran singer took to social media to express his love and support for the actor, writing, "What do you love most about [Daniel Padilla]? Well if you ask me, What is there not to love? He is talented, popular,.. actually famous is a better word, he is polite, kind and respectful. He flies high, but stays grounded with both feet on the ground."
Nievera stated that despite the fact that he could just piggyback on his parents' fame, Padilla still possessed something that Nievera has always wanted in his career.
"It's called, "swag." Daniel is naturally filled with this magic. It was an honour to share the stage and a song with this cool "swagadotious" young man. I am not even his father and I still am so proud of all he stands for," he added.
In addition, Nievera also expressed his admiration for Padilla's girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo, saying, "She is the kind of girl when asked to do a check list of all her best qualities you would check the box that says. "all of the above"."
