Do you have the good practice of getting your bra size measured regularly to ensure your bras continue to be a good fit? In a recent research by UK’s #1 Bra Retailer, Marks & Spencer (M&S) found that over a third of women never had a bra fit. As our shapes and sizes may change over time, M&S advises women to get measured every six months. We went for a bra-fitting at M&S’ new Lingerie Fitting Room at their Wheelock Place flagship store and discovered that I had been wearing the wrong bra size. No wonder my bras no longer feel comfortable. For years now, as I started prioritizing comfort and versatility, I have turned to wearing bra camisoles, bandeau bras, and non-wired bras and recently developed a new-found love for bra-free outfits. The measuring took one minute with the assistance of their bra advisors in the comfort of M&S’ new, spacious and welcoming fitting room. Best of all, you don't need to strip for them to measure you accurately. A walk around the lingerie section revealed that M&S have gotten it right with their inclusive Intimates collection.
