Marjorie Barretto is blessed to have her family
15 Aug – Despite the ongoing controversy surrounding her daughter Julia Barretto and the family, Marjorie Barretto stressed that she is blessed to have them in her life.
The former actress took to Instagram to share a photo of the family, which was taken at the baby shower of eldest daughter Dani.
She wrote, "These photos pretty much sum up my whole life. My 5 children, my son in law, Xavi and my granddaughter who we are so excited to meet. Thank you Lord, for giving us each other, through the good and the bad, we can always draw strength from one another."
"I can't imagine any other life than this. We choose to feel blessed," she said.
It was only a day earlier that she and her sister Gretchen blasted each other on social media. Marjorie updated her Instagram bio by describing herself as "Ghost Writer", and in response, Gretchen decided to change her Instagram bio with "Ghost Buster".
The issue sparked after Gretchen decided to comment on niece Julia's post where the latter accused Bea Alonzo of bullying her, writing, "Team Bea for the Win".
Gretchen then followed up with another comment, following reports that the said post was written by a ghost writer, saying, "The fact that they hired a [ghostwriter] for this post is hilarious [and] makes her sound desperate to salvage whatever is left."
