Mandy Wong signs with a new company

5 Jan – Not a month after announcing her departure from TVB, Mandy Wong revealed that she has signed a contract with a new company.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress is now a part of Supreme Art Entertainment, the same company that manages actor like Athena Chu and Ada Choi.

The news was also confirmed by the company, which stated, "Supreme Art Entertainment welcomes Mandy Wong to join us and move forward hand in hand."

Speaking about her New Year recently, Mandy said that she wants to have a breakthrough and step out of the box.

"Many people asked me if I will do more stage plays. After trying my hands on stage plays for two years, it gives me another sense of satisfaction. But I feel like I have more responsibilities. I really want to work with many more actors, create sparks and be open to movies, variety shows, and be optimistic about new challenges," she added.

She is also happy to be in the same company as Athena and Ada, saying that they are both goddesses in her mind.
