Mandy Wong respects non-showbiz boyfriend's privacy

6 May – Although it has been eight years since she started dating her boyfriend Anthony Jim, Mandy Wong stated that she is not planning to air their romance to the public anytime soon.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress who sat down for an interview recently, revealed that it is important that she protects and respect the privacy of her boyfriend, seeing that he is not part of the entertainment industry.

"At the same time, he also respects the fact that I am working in showbiz, so I have no complains there. I think the most important thing for two people to be in a relationship is to have trust," she said.

She also praised Anthony for being very understanding of her hectic schedule, and has given her the freedom to do what she wants to do.

Asked if the two of them ever discussed marriage, Mandy stated that they have talked about it.

"We do want to get married and have children. We did not set a specific timetable for it, but we have an understanding. I am not very traditional and don't really care about grand weddings," she said.
