Mandy Wong to play cop in new TVB drama
4 Jun – Following the conclusion of her hit drama, "Threesome", TVB actress Mandy Wong is set to star in the upcoming TV series, "Eighteen Years Later" (working title).
As reported on Singtao, the actress who appeared at the press conference of the said drama in TVB City recently, revealed that she is playing a cop responsible for investigating a murder case from 18 years before.
"My character's father was killed 18 years ago, so she decides to reopen the case and find the killer," she said.
On the other hand, Shaun Tam will play an accountant, who is also one of the suspects who will end up dating Mandy's character.
Produced by Simon Wong, the upcoming drama co-stars Joel Chan, Ho Yuen Tung, Vivien Yeo, and Elvina Kong.
Filming is set to begin in June and end in October.
