Our go-to fashion high-street shop, Marks & Spencer has revealed that sequins and metallics is set to be the hottest trend this summer, and will add that touch of coastal shimmer to your holiday capsule wardrobe this year.
Now if you think sequins and shimmery clothing tends to be reserved for the festive season, think again, because a touch of glitz will immediately jazz up any of your favourite basics this season.
To give you the ultimate inspiration, M&S shared on its instagram page the latest trend and how to style some of its shimmery pieces this season. And fear not, they're not full sequins looks.
Although, the stand-out sequin t-shirt is currently out of stock (coming back soon), we think teamed with a relaxed pair of jeans and white trainers, it's the perfect casual evening summer look this year.
A wonderful metallic alternative they've also showed in the styling video was the pure cotton grey metallic t-shirt, which is available in sizes 6-24.
