The verdict

Most people need clitoral stimulation to orgasm, so you might want to team the Lush 3 with an external toy like a bullet, pebble, or clit sucker to get you where you want to go.
The creators of the love egg-style toy suggest using the vibrating button on the end of the tail for clit stimulation and while this does do the trick, the tail is small and you have to hold it in place quite specifically. Once the plug-like body of the toy is inserted, the tail will naturally want to move as you get comfy.
