Dogs might not fully comprehend human language completely, but they definitely know how to express love, especially to those who give them unconditional affection.
Luna The Mini Cockapoo is a social media star, and the furry pet has shown that love is a universal language that transcends species. Luna's owner, Jared, made her choose between him and her favourite toy, Winnie the Pooh, in a Reel that has garnered thousands of likes and videos.
“Which do you love more?” Jared asked while holding her favourite toy. “Do you love Pooh, or do you love me?”
Luna took a brief moment to contemplate, but ultimately chose her owner by tapping his hand with her paw.
And when Jared told her that he loved her, Luna showed her understanding by licking him.
Pure heart
Thousands of netizens were quick to praise the bond between the pet and owner, commenting on how Luna's thought process is better than some humans.
“The way she thinks about things, just for a few seconds is so sweet,” one user said, referring to Luna’s pause when asked the question.
Jared, in response to the comment, said that as a dog, Luna is “always processing” her surroundings, given her doggie nature.
“What a sweetheart she is,” another user said, which Jared also happens to agree with.
“Her heart is beyond pure,” he said.
Even her most loyal fans, who have been following her for years now, still get their heart fluttering like it was their first time seeing and watching her.
“Don’t matter what I may be doing at the time,” one of her followers said, “I stop immediately and watch it … love [you, Luna, you are the best].”
