Lu Han and Cecilia Song deny cheating rumours
14 Dec - Singer Lu Han has finally broken his silence over rumours that he has cheated on girlfriend Guan Xiaotong with another woman.
As reported on NetEase, speculations of Lu's scandal sparked earlier this month, when a Chinese tabloid hinted that a celebrity with "two letter name" cheated on his girlfriend with a co-star with an "S" in her name. They further hinted that the actor would make up rumours about marrying his girlfriend every time there is a drop in his career.
Based on the hints, many speculated that the tabloid was talking about singer-actor Lu Han, who has worked with Cecilia Song in the 2020 series, "Crossfire".
In response to the rumour, Lu Han posted a message via his studio, writing, "Go to sleep early, watch the World Cup tomorrow."
Meanwhile, Cecilia's camp responded to the rumour by saying that it was ridiculous, urging others not to trust such fake news easily.
On the other hand, fans of Lu Han posted a photo of the singer playing football on the same night that he supposedly met with Cecilia, with girlfriend Guan Xiaotong reportedly attending and watching from the sidelines as well.
