Love Island fans are all saying the same thing about Jacques moment

In just a matter of minutes, tonight's episode of Love Island in conjunction with fans on Twitter (the ultimate combination), has provided all the Sunday entertainment we could ever ask for. And no, Davide and Ekin-Su have not had another explosive, Oscar-worthy row post Casa Amor... yet. Instead, Jacques has asked Paige one simple question and viewers are not happy about it.

But before we delve into the dramz, if you're not up-to-date, let me give you a quick rundown. This past week saw the boy contestants living in the Main Villa reunite with the girls who were living in Casa Amor. Several Islanders chose to recouple, including Andrew Le Page who decided to pair up with Coco Lodge. However, Jacques O'Neill, who was getting to know Cheyanne Kerr over the last few days, decided to stick by his original pairing with Paige Thorne. Got it? Good because there's more.

Although this may seem great, following the recoupling, the truth surrounding the kiss between Jacques and Cheyanne came to light. And to no surprise, Paige said that she wanted to "take a step back" and "ignore" Jacques, which resulted in the two sleeping in separate beds. Are you still with me?

Now, this brings us to tonight's episode where within just a mere few minutes, a lot starts to unfold. In a clip showing the Islanders waking up, we see Jacques walk over from his bed and get into bed with Paige. He says: "Do I get a morning cuddle or not?" and in response, Paige says: "No".

Clearly, not satisfied with her answer, he follows up by saying: "Just a little hug". Standing her ground, Paige responds again, saying: "No".

Viewers were quick to pick up on the conversation and took to social media to share their thoughts. "Why is Jacques insisting for a hug??" one person wrote, while another fan said: "not jacques asking for a morning hug".
