Love Island fans are fuming over this one detail from Casa Amor

Love Island 2022 is bringing more and more drama by the day and, in true villa style, this year's Casa Amor stint has been firmly shaking things up. Still, while viewers are thoroughly invested in the latest updates, there's one detail they're pretty fuming about.

To recap, we've seen a whole host of Islanders having their heads turned since the new villa came into play, with boys Andrew, Davide, Dami and Jacques all getting to know new girls despite being coupled up back in the main villa.

Meanwhile, Tasha (who's been coupled up with Andrew since the beginning) has also been getting close to Billy, while Indiyah (who's paired with Dami) has been getting to know new Islander Deji.

Yep, *lots* to take in. However, there's one detail - or, rather, a missing detail - that fans aren't happy about. And that's the seeming lack of a Casa Amor postcard this year.

Cast your mind back to the 2021 series, and you'll remember a Casa Amor postcard was sent back to the girls in the main villa, giving them an insight into what the boys had been up to while they were away.

This year, with the 'stick or twist' recoupling looming, it looks like the infamous Casa Amor postcard might not be a part of the 2022 series, and fans seem very disappointed about the whole thing.

One viewer tweeted, "We ride at dawn if there’s no postcard," while another added, "Are we actually gonna get the postcard this year or?!?!?"

While some fans are annoyed, others are feeling essentially just pretty gutted about the whole thing, with a third writing, "Me waiting out here for this postcard."

Meanwhile, some viewers reckon they've come up with a pretty smart plot twist, theorising that the postcard could come after the recoupling this year, instead of beforehand.

Postcard or no postcard, we're invested.
