Louise Lee and Ha Yu: TVB feels like home
25 Jan – "Heart and Greed" stars Louise Lee and Ha Yu have recently dismissed the idea that TVB is not the same as it was before.
According to Mingpao, the two senior stars, who reunited for the recently-concluded drama, stated that unlike certain actors who didn't feel a sense of belonging when they returned, they were able to adapt to the surroundings immediately.
"We've been with TVB for decades. From the dressing room to the factories, every colleague that we met was an old friend. We were also working with familiar faces, so there was no awkwardness at all," said Ha.
Louise agreed, saying that even if they don't remember each other's name, they all share similar experiences working in the company.
The two stars gave an example on how they all went their separate ways after the second instalment "Moonlight Resonance" in 2008, only to return to the company ten years later to do "Heart and Greed".
"We hit if off almost immediately," said the actor.
