Louisa Mak won't go for smokers
2 Apr – Are you a smoker? As it turns out, your chances with Louisa Mak decreases rapidly if you are one, according to the former Miss Hong Kong.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared as a guest at the "Quit to Win" smoke-free event recently, shared that she is against dating smokers, even those who promise to quit smoking for her.
"Girls shouldn't believe boys' promises that they would quit smoking for them. They have the greatest determination when they are pursuing you. Once they have you, they won't actually stop," she said.
When asked if she was ever tempted to smoke, Louisa said that there was a lot of temptations when she was studying abroad.
"Fortunately, my parents have taught me well and build a strong foundation for me. A lot of young people think smoking is cool, but I would rather not go with the flow," she said.
When asked if her friends smoke, Louisa said that she has asthma and that friends who do would try to accommodate her.
