LOL @ Selena Gomez Smiling While Covered in Fake Blood on the ‘Only Murders in the Building’ Set
Selena Gomez has been busy in New York City this year while filming her new show, Only Murders in the Building. And honestly? We love that for her! While she’s been at it, she’s shown off quite a few excellent looks while in character, including this oversize trench coat and this orange fuzzy coat.
TBH, she might have topped off all these memorable looks on Saturday, when she was photographed during filming with a giant fake blood stain on her white turtleneck sweater and cute tartan skirt combo. Oh, and it’s also worth mentioning that Selena is getting arrested in the pics too:
This looks like a particularly unfortunate situation (all fictional, of course!), but it also looks like a pretty badass Halloween costume that Selena is totally pulling off. Seriously, what is going on here? Per Deadline, the series “follows three strangers who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one.”
Selena herself is a true-crime fan. Before the pandemic hit in 2020, she attended CrimeCon Chicago with her mom to help solve an unsolved mystery. “We were honored to host @SelenaGomez and her mom @MandyTeefey at CrowdSolve this weekend,” CrimeCon wrote on its Instagram. “They were perfect detectives 🕵️🕵️ who, along with hundreds of others, helped bring peace to the Sova family.”
It’s no CrimeCon, but this show looks and sounds like a true-crime fan’s dream come true.
