8 Aug – Musician and LMF member Davy Chan has recently passed away.

As reported on Mingpao, the news was confirmed by the band's bassist Jimmy, who took to social media to express, "Farewell... best friend... I will miss you... It's been a good journey."

A drummer and guitarist for LMF as well as Anodize, Davy was most known for being the composer and producer of many hit songs, including Leslie Cheung's "Afternoon Tea", Sandy Lam's "At Least I Still Have You" and Eason Chan's "Deeply Hurt".

Last year, Davy moved to Japan with his non-showbiz wife, Lara. No further details have been revealed regarding the cause of death.
