16 Jan – A photo shared by Hong Kong singer and former TVB star Liz Kong recently revealed a bruise on the side of her stomach, which was caused by a domestic dispute with fiancé, Wu Hon Ching.
As reported on HK Channel, the 43-year-old, who has been engaged to the 63-year-old lawyer since 2013, revealed that she was bruised after being pushed against the table. The case has already been reported to the police.
Liz admitted that Wu is a controlling person who would often get mad at her.
"You have to listen to him in everything and if you have a different opinion, he will get mad," said Liz. "If this goes on, I will go crazy."
The singer stated that she has decided to end the relationship and will take their two-year-old daughter away with her. She has also hired a lawyer to help secure childcare support.
"I hope that women will protect themselves and will not tolerate domestic violence," she said.
Liz also dismissed rumours saying that she demanded for luxurious accommodations for her daughter and herself from Wu, which allegedly ended the relationship.
"I am not a gold digger," said Liz. "The amount of money he gave us right now is not even enough for the apartment rent."
