Liu Kuan-ting and Sun Ke-fang welcome first child
2 Apr - Liu Kuan-ting and Sun Ke-fang are now proud parents to a healthy baby boy.
Sharing the good news on social media, Liu talked about the experience of being involved during the childbirth, saying that on the day of Sun Ke-fang's caesarean procedure, he was very nervous outside the operating room.
He stated that he thought his "heartbeat rate should not be lower than that of Little Sun". He heard the medical staff telling him to wear the gown, to wash his hands and more.
"After entering the operating room, I held Sun Ke-fang's hand and said, "Just look at her. I want to remember her working so hard and being full of brilliance." It didn't take long for 'Little Sun' to come to this world," he wrote.
Liu was later invited in again after being asked to wait outside, only this time, he said, there was another addition in the delivery room - his baby boy.
In a statement via his agency, Liu said that his son was born 3.4kg via C-section, an option they picked on the advice of the doctor.
This is the first child for the couple, who announced their pregnancy in October last year.
