1 Jul – Although two out of three of her children were seen in the recent safety video released by the Malaysia Airlines, Lisa Surihani stated that she has no intention to turn them into child actors.

As reported on Awani, the actress, who appeared alongside her husband Datuk Yusry Abdul Halim and their children Yahaira Leanne and Yusof Leonne in the recently released video produced by Enfiniti (M) Sdn Bhd, stated that her children are still too young for the limelight.

"I can't decide on that right now. It's too further into the future and they're still young. I still have to think about their childhood, their schooling, education, and their religious upbringing," she said.

Lisa, who studied Law in the UK during her youth, also added that she would rather see her children be successful in other professional fields like Medicine and Law.

On the other hand, when asked how she and her family ended up in the said video, Lisa said she was invited by Enfiniti head, Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina to be a part of it.

"At first, she wanted my husband to direct the music video, but then asked me to join as well. Without hesitation, I decided to accept it, and then she asked me to bring my two kids as well... this is the first time that we appear together as a family," she said.
