Lin Chi-Ling laughs off domestic abuse rumour
2 Aug – Lin Chi-Ling has recently dismissed another rumour saying that she is a victim of domestic abuse by her husband AKIRA.
As reported on Oriental Daily, in a statement released by her agent, Lin expressed hope that everybody will stop paying attention to false internet rumours.
"Thank you for your concern. Sister Lin and brother-in-law are doing fine. Marriage means that both parties must work hard to maintain happiness," her manager stated.
She also stated that the actress doesn't often watch the news and only found out recently that there was such a rumour about them.
"Sister Lin laughed and said that there is no domestic violence, just hugs. She hopes that she will only pass on positive energy and that everyone will live a good life," the manager added.
Meanwhile, some netizens continue to speculate that Lin is pregnant with her second child, after she posted several photos that made her belly seem protruded. It is noted that Lin previously stated in an interview that one child is enough for her and AKIRA as she is already in her late 40s.
