  • Brie Larson tweeted a video of her pushing a 5,000-lb. Jeep

  • The actress has transformed her body to play Captain Marvel, and says the process has taught her to love working out.

  • Larson's other Captain Marvel workouts have included pullups and sledgehammer swings.

Brie Larson is at it again with the epic workout videos. The Captain Marvel star shared a "training highlight" with her fans: a video of her pushing trainer Jason Walsh's 5000-lb. Jeep for 60 seconds straight-with a full tank of gas, to boot.

"It's a strong vibe but I like it," Larson tweeted.

As Larson is quick to note-unlike Odell Beckham Jr. with his viral SUV pull video-there is someone behind the wheel giving the Jeep some gas. That's the only way she'd be able to "move" the vehicle at all, let alone up that steep incline. That doesn't mean Larson isn't putting her Captain Marvel muscles to good use, however-she's clearly giving everything with her legs, straining as she braces her quads and glutes against the spare tire on the back of the car.

Training for Captain Marvel-which hits theaters March 8-has given Larson a new outlook on fitness. In an interview with various members of the media, she said that before the Marvel flick came along, she wasn't so into working out; she was “more interested in my body never being part of the conversation.”

But as she trained to play the superhero, her feelings changed: “I just wanted to be a brain, so I’ve only cared about reading books and understanding words, and anything that involved my body made me itchy,” Larson said. “But this was an opportunity for me to … make my body mine.”

She added that her strength training included 215-lb. deadlifts and 400-lb. hip thrusts-in addition to pushing Jeeps, of course.

Just remember: Larson's Jeep push is more a highlight move for social media rather than a truly feasible training technique. Your legs would definitely feel the strain of the car push, but the exercise wouldn't be as effective as more regimented, realistic strength training moves.
