Leslie Cheung's four unreleased songs sold out

26 Aug - Not 24 hours after it was announced, it was revealed that the first batch of the record single "Leslie Cheung Legend Continues" are sold out.

As reported on Mingpao News, RED MISSION, a non-profit organisation consisting of Leslie Cheung's fans, announced that they were given the authority to sell the singles to commemorate the late singer's 60th birthday in September.

The album, which was sold at the value of HKD1,394, which consists of a vinyl record, a 2017 calendar and five coloured CDs (gold, silver, red, orange, purple), was quickly snatched up by fans before its pre-order deadline, which was on 25 August.

The album reportedly contained four Mandarin songs of Leslie that he had never released during his lifetime.

RED MISSION will also be holding a public event called Leslie Cheung 60th Red Hot Party on 12 September at the Central Waterfront Promenade in Hong Kong.
