Leo Ku withdraws from "Singing with Legends"

1 Oct - Leo Ku recently announced that he has withdrawn from the mainland singing competition, "Singing with Legends" due to acute otitis media (AOM).

As reported on Mingpao, the singer revealed that he first encountered the issue on 26 September, when he suddenly felt a tingling sensation and blurred hearing in his right ear. Following a medical checkup, he was diagnosed with AOM and was advised to rest by the doctor.

Leo stated that he had insisted on flying to Shanghai to rehearse for the next episode of the show against the doctor's order, and ended up with ear pain and tinnitus after the change of altitude and the use of headphones during the rehearsal.
